At Nita T’s, each item is custom made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order. We recommend reviewing sizing charts carefully to ensure the best fit.

Address Issues
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, customers should contact the carrier first. If further assistance is needed, we are happy to help guide next steps.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are issued only when items arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly for production, cancellations may not be possible once fulfillment has begun.
